Happy New Year! Each new year is thought of as a new beginning, a time of
resolutions and great optimism. So many are hopeful that this year will be
better than the last. For some, those hopeful expectations have already been
shattered. If there was ever a year to be sure we had perfect vision, 2020 is
certainly that year. For the Christian, the only focus that provides 2020 vision to handle whatever may come is found in the admonition given in Hebrews 12:1-2 where believers are told to run the race that is before them by fixing their eyes upon Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of faith.
